Italy - Need hotel input -Venice, Florence & Rome

We will be traveling to Italy in December. Please give me input if have stayed in any of these hotels.
Venice - Locanda Sturion
Florence - Soggiorno Battistero
Rome - Hotel Oceania

I can't give you any hotel feedback but I wanted to congratulate you on reposting with a far superior heading! I hope you get a good response.

Have you had the opportunity to check for up to the minute information about these hotels on tripadvisor.com?

I went ahead and posted the reviews of the hotels from trip advisor. The first one doesn't look like a good choice, but the other 2 do:

Thanks Sandi for the reminder to check tripadvisor. These hotels were recommended in Rick Steve's book.
