Istanbul on Sunday

I will be in Istanbul on a Sunday. I can't remember what is open and what is closed.
Does someone know?
Thanks

Errrr...well, Turkey is not a Christian country. I do not believe that they set "Sunday" aside as a special day.

Otherwise, I don't remember anything being closed on the Sundays when I was there (??)

Someone correct me if I am wrong.

City is wide open on Sunday...try the fabulous Ortakoy Fair, just up the street from the handsome Cirigan Palace Hotel...
