Istanbul Hotel Chocies - anyone familiar with these?

Trying to choose a hotel based on Trip Adviser ratings and guide book ratings. Having a hard time deciding - wondered if anyone was familiar with any of these?
I want to stay in Sultanahmet and I was really hoping for a nice rooftop terrace with good views (which is how these three made the running) - also trying to keep it around $150 USD a night.

They all, of course, have good and bad reviews...

1. White House Hotel - very good reviews on TA, but some people say the place is overrated and the rooms are tiny. (although, as long as they are bigger than some of the rooms we have stayed at in London, we can probably survive :) ).

2. Sari Konak - makes all the guide books, but doesn't get as high ratings on TA or other sites...also I am afraid that our standard double might be in the basement - which people say to avoid!

3. Agora Life Hotel - really good reviews, looks really nice and I love the terrace. Many people say the rooms aren't well soundproofed and there is no restaurant/bar (although they do say you can order up a bottle of wine on the terrace - which should be sufficient for our needs).
