Is this apt. central / practical for a tourist?

We have never been to Berlin and we are thinking of renting this apt. Please comment on the location. THANK YOU!

Only 5 minutes walk and you are in front of the TV tower in Alexanderplatz, the Rotes Rathaus, the Hackescher Markt Hackescher courts, the State Opera, the Gendarmenmarkt, Konzerthaus and the Prince's palace. 10 minutes walk and you are at the Friedrichstrasse, Checkpoint Charlie, the Hotel Adlon, the Deutsches Theater, the Brandenburg Gate, the Jewish Synagogue, the creative arts center of Prenzlauer Berg, the Komische Oper, the German Reichstag. Approx. It is 15 minutes walk from Potsdamer Platz, the Victory Column, Tiergarten and the main railway station. By S-Bahn is only 10 minutes to the Zoo station of the former center of West Berlin with the Berlin Zoo and the Memorial Church. Right side of Berliner DOM. Domaquaree
