Is there such a thing as a Prague Museum Pass?
Just wondering....saw lots of places that I would like to visit...and a pass would help out a lot. If one does exist....where do I buy it?

yes, they have something called the Prague Card which is admission to many museums/castle etc for three days. YOu can buy it with or without a 3-day public transportation pass, also. It's about 800 Ck with the transportation (I think that's about US$30 or 25 euro), about 600 without. I didn't buy one as museum entry isn't that expensive to me and I don't go to a lot of places in one day. Also, I wanted a regular public weekly transportation pass. I think that's an okay price if you want to go to a lot of things each day. Prague castle costs 120 CK, for example.
YOu can buy it in lots of places -- any travel agency (like the big ones, Cedok, Prague Information Service), the main rail station, some of the big hotels, Amer Express office, etc.

If you like going to museums, I just wanted to suggest one that most tourists don't go to (and you won't find mentioned in even some guidebooks) but which I really liked a lot -- the Czech National Gallery collection of modern and contemporary art. This is in Veletrzni Palac across the river in the Karlin area. Several trams go right up the street it is on and are most convenient, but it's also not far from the Vltavska metro stop. This museum is not crowded at all and has interesting collections of Czech and central/eastern European modern and Impressionist art. I hadn't seen any of that anywhere else and there were some lovely painting by Czech impressionists I wish I could have had posters of, but they didn't have any. They also have some French and other impressionist works, but that isn't their strength. Here is one description I found of it:

I loved this museum, and also really liked St Agnes cloister in the Josefov area and the City of Prague museums, as well as the more usual places you'll find mentioned (Mucha museum, Loreto palace, etc).

Am not sure if that website I "sent" you to actually lists all the museums you can use the card for but it might be nice to know.
I know for a fact you can get into the Castle complex with it..at least you could last time I heard. But if it doesn't cover a lot of the places you DO want to visit then it may not be economical.
I agree with Christina that there are a lot of museums and other places in Prague that most visitors don't seem to think about or consider. The Loretto is fascinating particularly if you are interested in religious objects; the vault room has some monstrances that are over the top in terms of being jewel encrusted, gold leafed to the beyond max, etc., but a lot of folks might find something like that less than interesting.
Enjoy Prague..it can be truly magical.
