Is the Navigo Card good for travel to Amiens?

no, of course not, that's another city entirely quite a bit aways from Paris. The Navigo card is only for the Paris metro area, even if that does go out maybe about 15 miles. Amiens is 150 km from Paris, you have to take a regular train to get there.

You need to buy a separate ticket.
There are cases when one might wonder about using a Navigo pass to the edge of zone 5 and then buying another ticket from that station to a city beyond the metropolitan area zones and taking the next train.
It is not worth it, and in any case not always possible.

But a trip to Amiens is definitely worth it.

The area covered by the Navigo card, unless it's changed in the last year, includes Zone 5 which I'm sure is considerably farther than 15 miles. I used it to visit a friend near Nemours beyond Fontainebleau.

The Navigo fares are valid not only on the bulk of the RER routes (though not all), they are also valid on the Transilien train network. You can travel as far east as Provins.
The Navigo fares are a real bargain; probably the best travel option available anywhere.
