Is it feasible to do Dublin, Galway and Belfast in 4 days?

Short answer - of course it is.
I simply can't begin to understand the sniffy answers you're getting.
Trains and motorways between Dublin on the one hand and Belfast and Galway on the other are fine, though the trains are, by developed European standards, slow and infrequent. It's not realistically possible to get a train or bus from Galway to Belfast on your timetable, and the car journey is very slow. It's almost certainly easiest to use Dublin as your base and take daytrips by train to the other two.
None of these three towns are exactly in the Rome/London category (or, in the case of Galway the Salford category), when it comes to things to see. It's perfectly easy and useful to see most of Dublin's attractions in a day and a half, allowing an interesting day trip to Belfast and another, though substantially less interesting, day trip to Galway (but still rather more interesting than two days in Galway).
What you can't do in these four days is see any pleasant countryside: the whole point of County Galway, and for many people a substantial part of Northern Ireland's attraction.
Personally, if I had four days to spare in Italy, I'd spend them in Italy. But if there's some reason for wanting to see these three towns, it's perfectly possible - and not really terribly hurried.

No, concentrate on Dublin with a day trip to Howth or Newgrange. Sulfolk St Tourist office can book you on many day trips. I love Dublin and there is much to see and do in the city. You could do a quick train trip to Belfast but to see all three places would be very rushed.
