Please help with our itinerary. We are young sixties, interested in country scenery, easy walks, traditional music, history, local culture, good food.
Fly into Dublin. (Himself will already be there for the Notre Dame game.)
Sept. 3rd -Drive to Westport Adare House visit relatives
Sept. 4 -7 ( Here's where we need help.)Possibilities -Another night in Westport, Drive to Connemara Park for some walking,on to Clifden, on to Rossaveel, ferry to Aran Is., on to Kinvarra, Ennis, Doolin walks in the Burrren, Cliffs of M., So where should we base ourselves for those 4 nights?
Sept. 8 Bunratty overnight, so we can do the folk park and feast at night.
Sept. 9 Tralee -Ballyseede Castle for my birthday.
Sept. 10 and 11 We've rented a cottage in Dingle. Ride around the coast, walks in the hills.
Sept. 12 Drive from Dingle to Ring of .Kerry Which direction from Dingle? Overnight where?
Sept. 13 Drive to Tallow, Waterford overnight at friend's house.
Sept. 14 and 15 Rock of Cashel, Glendalough, 2 nights inWicklow with relatives
Sept. 16 Fly out of Dublin.
Please advise on towns to stay in, b and b's, easy walks, favorite pubs and restaurants.Thank you for your help.Joan
