Ireland to Italy

What is the best way to get from Dublin to Alberobello, Italy? I found a flight on Ryan Air but it leaves at 3:55 pm and arrives at 8:20 pm in Bari, Italy and then we'd have an hour's drive to our destination. The cost is 80E so not too bad but I'm not so happy to have to arrive late and drive on unfamiliar roads to an unfamiliar destination. I looked at flying into Naples, etc. We could leave Dublin at 7:10 am and arrive in Naples at 11:25 am and then would have a 3 hr + drive time to Alberobello. Either arrive late on our first night check in or have to get up at 4 am to be at airport in time for 7 am flight.

Does anyone know of a better option?

Thanks!
Susan
