Ireland RoK or Dingle? Cork or Kinsale?

We will be in Ireland Sept 19-29. We will have a rental car and plan to drive either the Ring of Kerry OR the Dingle peninsula. Sounds like both will be beautiful, but maybe fewer buses in Dingle? Also, we start our trip staying in 4 nights in Malahide (with a couple day trips to Dublin), then drive to Kilkenny Castle, Rock of Cashel, Blarney Castle, STAY IN CORK, COBH OR KINSALE???, drive to Killarney for 2 nights, drive to Foynes Flying Boat Museum, Galway (overnight), Kylemore Abbey, Connemara NP, Belvedere House and Gardens, and last night near to Dublin Airport. All suggestions welcome. DH has limited mobility so spending most of our time driving around is not an issue.
