Ireland itinerary

Jump to last reply

Help! Spending two days in Dublin, then driving to Kinsale and staying in Kinsale two, days. We will then travel to Killarney for three days. We have to be back in Dublin three days later to fly out the next morning, so basically we have two full days to fill, once we leave Killarney. I have accommodations in Adare set up, Ashford Castle, Ballynahinch Cadtle, a nice hotel in Galway, and even something in Doolin. My question is- what would our best bet be, leaving from killarney in route to Dublin? My kids are 17 & 18, and it will be their first visit to Ireland, so what do you think they would appreciate more? Also, I do not want to be spending so many hours in the car, and wasting hours of sightseeing time. Suggestions? Ideas? Thank you!
