IRELAND in late March - seeking feedback on itinerary

Have traveled a significant number of times/places, and love the planning aspect - but Ireland has me fairly overwhelmed. I like Tony2phones' philosophy of don't do too much - soak up the culture, talk to the folks. I would like to do this,but want to get in a good sampling of the land, history, and "don't misses". We arrive DUB early on a Tuesday. We are staying (already paid for) in a condo in Adare for 6 nights, and 2 nights in Dublin before back to the states. I did book a B&B in Galway one of the Adare nights. I like the fact of not moving every night, thought Adare might be a good central locay, and it was a good price package deal.

So, here are my thoughts - remain flexible, but basically:

Tues: Dublin to Adare - check out town, get groceries, get squared away

Wednes: Adare to Kenmare/Killarney

Thurs: Adare to Cahir / Cashel

Fri: Adare to Galway - hook up with tour of Connemara (sleeping in Galway)

Sat: Galway through Cliffs of Moher & The Burren, return to Adare

Sun: Adare to Dingle & back

Mon: Adare to Dublin (see ??? on the way - or in Dublin surrounds

Tues: Dublin all day

Wednes: Flight to states about 3 pm

Am I missing anything significant one thinks we should see? Is what I'm planning too ambitious? We are 60 years old, driving on the left first-timers, morning people vs. night-lifers. :-)
