Ireland in June with a Baby

Hello, My husband and I are planning our first trip with our son who will be 15 months old at the time of travel. We are planning to visit Ireland in June. Our main concern is limiting the amount of time spent in the car with the baby. I am working on an itinerary with Authentic Ireland (they have been very responsive), but I wanted to get some opinions before we book. Our current itinerary includes 2 nights in Doolin (with a daytrip to Galway), 2 nights in Killarney (Ring of Kerry), 2 nights in Dingle (to explore peninsula), 1 night at Dromoland Castle. I am open to comments, but my main questions are 1) Are we spending too much time in Killarney/Dingle? I do feel like 2 nights are needed to see anything since we will arrive in the afternoon and with naps, etc. will probably not do much until the following day. 2) Do people prefer Dromoland or Ballynahinch Castle? Ballynahinch looks so gorgeous online, but I am not sure it is worth the extra trip up to Connemara. I would love any suggestions, advice, etc. Thanks!
