I think that I saw you this morning, but can hardly believe the coincidence!
Were you standing on the bus stop outside Victoria station (on Victoria street) at around 11am this morning - Saturday 5th ??
I was on the top deck of a bus going toward Chelsea

Timing sounds about right, perhaps a bit late, but I think I was on Buckingham Palace Road, waiting for a C10. I had just picked up my train tickets and was headed for Tate Britain.
