If you had to chose Normandy/Brittany or Dordogne for a week - which?

Jump to last reply

Thanks to past posters for feedback. Drastically cutting down our France stops and simplifying. Need to get all hotels confirmed pronto.

Two kids - 10 year old boy twins - one mom for 25 days in France. 10 days in Paris and one week in Montpellier are necessary (visiting friends).

Would you add one week up north Normandy/Brittany or one week in Dordogne? I've wanted to see both, so I know I can't lose here. Both work well logistically transportation-wise. Boys haven't studied WW2 yet. Or any war for that matter. But the north still sounds cool. A little worried about mass numbers of tourists in Dordogne in mid June.

Thank you all for your advice. Very much appreciated!
