Eric, give us some feedback on your New Years eve. It might be something some of us would consider for this New Years eve.
Sorry I can't help with New Year's Eve suggestions (but from what I understand it's a pretty rowdy, fireworks-happy time) but I'm tentatively planning to be in Iceland then, so I'd also love to hear from anyone who's been there Christmas-New Year's time.
I do know I'd love to try the dogsledding now available and hope to be able to see the northern lights this time around, not to mention horseback treks in the snow and Blue Lagoon soaking whilst wearing a hat!
