Ice Bar in Stockholm

Does anyone know if this place is open and about where in the city it is? We'll be there in June and we would love to go there.

Didn't visit it when I was in Stockholm, but see their website:

The entrance of the icebar is within the lobby of the nordicsea Hotel. The Hotel is adjacent to the central railway station of Stockholm. There are several major hotels within this area and it is an easy walk from one of the hotels towards the icebar.

Make sure, that you have a reservation for the icebar to avoid long waiting times. The nodicsea Hotel offers already packages (room + icebar entrance) and is a could choice, if you have not made any arrangements.

We did it last year. It was fun albeit, of course a bit touristy.

You are in the bar for about 40 minutes, I think we were, could have been shorter than that.

You bundle up in a parka and gloves and then once you enter, the place is all ice, except of course for the floor. You order your vodka drink from the bar and mostly everyone stands around taking goofy pictures. T bar itself is very small and yes, its in the hotel right off the lobby.

All in all, much fun and go ahead and have a good time.
