I need to call Turkey-- what are prefix numbers?
The telephone number in Turkey is-- Tel : +90 252 417 11 28

What do I need to dial before the number?

Before you call, check if the person/business has a Skype #.
The hotels we were dealing with did so it was v. easy to get
through.

I love this site too - it makes it almost too easy! Enter the number you want to dial, where you're dialing from and to, and it tells you exactly what to dial.
