Hi there,
your thoughts on this hotel would be appreciated. We arrive at 2.00pm and will board a cruise ship the next day. ( We have 1 night and another full day on the ship, before we leave venice)
What are your opinions on this hotel?
rooms, location, sites nearby etc
Thanks in advance

I looked at the hotel's web site. It's in Mestre on the mainland, not historical Venice.
You would have to take bus, cab, or water transport to get to the "real" Venice. With only one night in addition to your ship day, I'd stay in historical Venice.
But if you must stay in Mestre for some reason, the Trieste looks OK from its website pictures.
Good morning, according to their web site www.hoteltrieste.it this hotel is in front of the Venice-Mestre Railway Station. Not the Santa Lucia
station in Venice. There are numerous hotels around the SL station see
www.veneziasi.it. that will allow you to stay in Venice overnite..
