You can google search "Rome to Ravenna" and you get several options. One of the link, www.rome2rio.com, gives you even more options include a bus. Of course there are private cars as well as a taxi. The cost would probably approach a round trip transatlantic airfare.

The bus takes six hours, and has only a few departures per day. Tickets are €27. You can see the timetable at http://sulga.it/autolinea/autolinea18.pdf
The first and third columns are Monday-Saturday schedules, while the second one (Festivi) is for Sundays and holidays.
If you buy train tickets from Rome to Bologna online well in advance, you can get Super-Economy tickets for €19; full price tickets bought at the last minute is €59. The regional tickets from Bologna to Ravenna cost (always) €7, and these should be bought at the train station in Rome. You need to stamp them in a machine by the tracks in Bologna before boarding the train. You can see the timetable at http://www.trenitalia.com/tcom-en
