How to Get to CIVITAVECCHIA from Downtown Rome

Jump to last reply

HELP! We (my husband, 15 year old son and I) will be staying at a small hotel by the Trevi Fountain the day before we leave on a Cruise with Star Clipper. The cruise line only has transfers from the airport (FCO). so we are on our own to get to the boat. The cruise documents also say that the ship will be located along side pier no's 11,12,13 or 14. I would like to know what is the easiest and the most economical way to get to the boat. Since there are three of us should we take a cab, the train or is there a bus route?

Thanks for all your help. We are leaving in 35 days and counting!!

Kathy
