How to determine Paris subway fees?
How would I figure out how much it will cost to get from the Censier Daubenton metro stop to Paris-Porte Maillot (whatever that is...)? Also, how early in the morning would this run? Thanks.

It costs 1 ticket to ride the metro all day long, as long as you don't exit the system.
If you buy a "carnet" of 10 tickts each ticket is about 1E.

Porte Maillot is in the western part of the city, next to the Periphique (Beltway). I assume you are going to the Palais de Congres (Convention Center).
It should take you about 30-35 minutes from Censier Daubenton on the left bank. You will only need to make one transfer, from the (7) to the (1) at Chatelet. Chatelet is a HUGE station, leave yourself extra time to find your way to the proper line.
One metro ticket (EUR 1.40) is needed for each journey, you can ride as much as you like for one fare, as long as you do not exit the system. A carnet (packet) of 10 tickets is EUR 10.50
The metro system opens at about 5:30 AM.

"Premier" means first, "Dernier" means last. Click on the number tabs towards the top of the page near the work "Lignes" for individual metro lines. You will need the (1) and the (7). Clicking on the blue square next to the station names will give you maps of the areas next to the station.

Hold it. Here is the correct routing:
At Porte Maillot, take Ligne 1 (Direction Château de Vincennes) to Palais Royal-Musée du Louvre.
Change to Ligne 7 (Direction Villejuif-Louis Aragon/Mairie d'Ivry) to Censier-Daubenton.
