How Many TGV Stations in Avignon?

We want to rent a car in Avignon after our arrival on the TGV from Lyon. As we are going to St. Remy, we would like to pick up the car at the TGV station just outside Avignon. However, Auto Europe lists three different TGV stations, one at Gare Courtine, one at Chemin Du Confluent and one listed as Zone D'activite De Courtine. Can anyone tell me which location I should specify when reserving the car?

There is only one TGV station in Avignon - in "Courtine", south of the city. The other station is the Gare "Centre" and only has a couple of TGV trains a day that stop there.

I believe that Auto Europe is naming the places they have offices. You will want to pick up your car at the station - so the Gare Courtine. The rental car offices are all in the parking lot on the south side of the station.

All of those are the same place, basically. Autoeurope lists the places as the rental companies do which they have deals with. If one company calls their office location as "gare courtine" and another "ZA de courtine", Autoeurope will list them twice. Autoeurope itself doesn't have offices there.

There is just one (1) TGV station and one (1) regular train station in Avignon.

A further tip. When you see three addresses for AutoEurope, they are addresses for three of their "parners" or "suppliers". In other words they might be the addresses of Avis, Europecar, and Hertz. Rather than pick one on the internet that seems to be more convenient, you would really be wise to call the AutoEurope 800 number and talk with someone. He or she will be able to quickly compare the rates from their various companies. And talking with him will make it easier to match up the correct pick up and drop off locations for the same company. Working on the internet, have you ever clicked one address for pick-up, but when entering address locations for drop-off received the message "not available at this location"? The reason is that the two addresses you checked are not for the same supplier.
