Hotels in Estepona or Marbella

Has anyone stayed at Kempinski Resort Hotel Estepona? The standard room apparently has a partial ocean view. How blocked is the ocean view? Is it worth upgrading to a deluxe or diamond room for a better view? Also any other info regarding this hotel would be appreciated.
