Hello Everybody,
My family will visit Copenhagen in the coming summer.
I find that the hotel price is quite high, it costs about 200 euro (or higher) per night and no breakfast included.
Do you have any suggestion for me to stay How long there? My plan is to stay 3 nights.
After visiting Copenhagen, we will continue our trip to Eastern Europe (Prague and Budapest ).
Do you have comment on this?
Hope to hear your experience.
Thanks so much.
Gavin

Scandinavia & the Nordic countries are expensive, it will not only be the hotel that is pricey. Food, excursions, transport, it's all expensive.
There is more to do in Copenhagen than Helsinki, I would say 2 nights in Helsinki and 3 nights Copenhagen is about right for a first visit. You can spend most of 1 day in the Tivoli Gardens alone. Then if you want to see some castles, for instance in Helsingoer, you need to take the train so that excursion could be another day. Then there are museums, for example the Glyptotek in central Copenhagen.
All of Scandinavia is expensive (I think 200 euros is a bargain). I love Copenhagen and IMHO to see much you need at least 4 nights (3 days) or preferably more.
Prague and Budapest are in central - not eastern - europe (which is Russia, Ukraine, etc). They will be much cheaper.
Can't comment without knowing how long you have there.
