Hotel Uhland Reservation Question?

I have been e-mail corresponding with Hotel Uhland and am unable to clarify their reservation policy. Quoted great rate for 7 nights in May of 2005. Do they charge the entire amount to my credit card now or do they just charge a security deposit. As stated, have been unable to clarify this with them. Thank you in advance

Am I correct in assuming you have asked this very question, to them, via e-mail, and either don;t understand the answer or they haven't responded??

Ira is always recommending this hotel to everyone who is staying in Munich..surprised he hasn't commented so will top this to get more attention.

We stayed there this summer for 6 nights and they did not charge anything on our charge card until we checked out. We gave them the charge card number at reservation time as security (cancellation policy) but they did not charge anything for one night or the 6 nights.

Hi earth,

My experience was the same as Kitty's.

TopMan,

Oddly enough, I do have a life off this board.

I'm surprised you haven't heard back from them. They are usually very prompt in replying. (The e-mail addressed I used is [email protected])
Our experience this past June was the same as Kitty's and Ira's.
It is a wonderful little hotel.
Say Hi to their Westie for me! Seeing her reminded us our our own Westie at home.

I also stayed at Uhland and was not billed until checkout.
