hotel reservation through deutschebahn

Does anyone have experience with this? I note they show an opening for a hotel I want, that shows no vacancy on other web sites.

Do they still use hrs.de? If so, we've used it many times with no problems.

HRS have really good rates! Not so much to the US, but in Europe and Asia, esp. China they are hard to beat. Paid 20€ for a nice place in Shanghai, good prices for Japan! too. One hotel in Xian, I didn't like, no problem, cancellation was easy and I recieved an email asking what was worng with the place. They even refrain from spamming

Hi, PalQ. logos put it correctly. It's pretty much a no hassle website for hotel reservations.

They often have the lowest rates, not always, but quite often. Easy, no charge cancellations. Has maps, amenities lists, lets you sort hotels by price, class, location. You can input different combinations of numbers of adults/children/rooms, get pricing in several currencies.

www.hrs.de or www.hr.com or through Die Bahn website.

Yes, it is through hrs. Glad to hear you've used them, as they were unknown to me until now. I hesitate to use reservation systems I'm not familiar with. Many thanks!
