Hotel options in Colmar for visiting the Christmas markets

Planning to spend 2 nights in Colmar visiting the Christmas markets. We will be travelling by train and will not have access to a car. We are from Australia and so no doubt will find the weather VERY cold. In view of this we are looking for a hotel (120-150€ per night) that is conveniently located to be able to easily access the markets by foot. Which is better located for market access by foot:
- Maison des Têtes - 19 rue des Têtes; or
- Hôtel Le Colombier - 7 Rue Turenne.

The markets are located in 5 locations across Colmar. I know that in warmer weather we would have no problems accessing these.
