Hotel Millesime or Hotel des Marronniers or Hotel du Danube

I am considering a superior room at Millesime (15 rue Jacob) and du Danube (58 rue Jacob) and or at des Marroniers (21 rue Jacob) is they have a a twin-bedded room with no such designation as comfort/superior/prestige. It is 210 sf.......does that seem adequate?

I have stayed at du Danube last fall and was satisfied. I thought it might be enjoyable to try a different hotel and slightly different location in St. Germain based on the many threads I have read. My first choices, Le Regent and Le Clement were booked.

Any thoughts from folks who have stayed at any of these in the last year would be appreciated. I have done searches and not much recent comes up for Millesime or des Marroniers.

Do the varying locations along rue Jacob hold some appeal to weight the decision? I do want a tub/shower combo and would love a tea kettle in the room....but they may be a 4 star thing.

I have stayed at all 3 of them and I love the Danube best. Mainly because of the staff,Particularly F. Monferran. We always get the same room as I request. Millesime is very nice though the rooms vary in size and comfort. Of the 3 I'd go with the Danube!

They are all within 2 blocks so do not let that influence your choice.!!

I've stayed at Marronniers several times, and whereas I love the hotel, there is great variation among the rooms and especially the bathrooms. I have been in rooms where the bathrooms were absolutely minuscule.
