Yes, both the Palazzo Ravizza and the Piccolo Hotel Oliveta have good parking.

We stayed at Piccolo Hotel Oliveta next to Porta Romana. It is a 15 -20 minute to walk to plaza but parking was a consideration for us as well. Very nice but not fancy. Beautiful views.

The Santa Caterina has limited parking. I think you can reserve parking. It is right outside the gate to the city within walking distance to the town center. Beautiful views of the TUscan Hills from the rooms on the backside of the hotel. Great terrace/garden in the back for breakfast each morning.
