Hotel in Cap Ferrat

I'm planning a vacation this May. My first choice of a hotel for 3 or 4 days was Clair Logis. However, I read some negative reviews from people who got stuck in the annex and about the long walk to town (we'll have a car). Another choice is Brise Marine. It has some recent negative reviews too although Fodor's recomends it. Belle Aurore seems good but I can't find any specific reviews about the room views or whether it's noisy.

Does anyone have recent experience or recommendations? We're travelling with another couple who are more budget conscious than we are. If we can get nicer rooms for the same price in another town, we could stay elsewhere such as Villefranche. We'd also consider a B&B. Thanks.
