Hotel Forty Seven in Rome?

Has anyone stayed at the Hotel Forty Seven in Rome?
All reviews I've read look good.
Is it in a central location?

I checked only the reviews on tripadvisor.com, and they in fact are almost entirely positive. (I haven't stayed at this hotel.) One reviewer mentioned the hotel was located on a very busy, very noisy street and that he/she had to make a room change to something quieter. The rooms look very nice, but they should at the average of about $250 a night.

Personally, although the reviewers thought the location was very good to excellent, it isn't the part of Rome I prefer. Central? Not by my definition. I would rather be closer to Piazza Navonna or the Pantheon mostly because I'd rather walk to most sights than take a bus/metro/taxi.

To each his own, but I'd choose location and quiet over decor and amenities I might or might not use.

A good friend of mine who is a writer stayed in this hotel for a week a few months ago and she really loved it, including the location. It depends on what you think of as central, as Jean said.
"To each his own" is so true. When I stay in Rome I much prefer to stay in Trastevere, because I thoroughly enjoy walking across the river, as well as the wonderful restaurants on sidestreets in the neighborhood between the river and the Colosseum. I've also stayed near the Pantheon and Piazza Navonna but I like to stay in Trastevere!

<<Is it in a central location?>>

Well, sort of. Not ideal, but you could do worse.

I would suggest something closer to the Pizza Navona area if budget allows for an even more central location.

Meant to add, Hotel Forty Seven is not in the most charming area of Rome either.
