Hotel Close to Orly Airport

Okay I've searched the forum and can't seem to find an answer to this. We will be arriving back in to Paris on a Monday night to fly out on Orly on a 10:15 flight Tuesday morning.
I am looking for hotel recommendations either near Orly or at least close enough to get to Orly easily and quickly.
We'll be arriving in by train from The Lorie region, where we'll drop off the car. Should we just drive in to Orly and drop the car off there? I've been told it's not fun driving in Paris.
Merci,
Amy

There's the Ibis Orly right in the parking lot. 49€ single on the "Happy 30" rate.

Hi littlehouse,

Sounds like a good plan. A Holiday Inn and Hilton are close by as well, if you're looking for something more upscale than an Ibis.

You are sure that your flight departs from Orly and not CDG, right?

Hope this helps,
Andre

Thanks Andre! Yes, our flight arrives and departs from Orly. We're flying Iberia and it goes to Orly which I was really excited about.

So it wouldn't be a problem to drop the car off at Orly. Is Orly hard to drive to from Lorie?

Hi littlehouse,

Orly is easy very easy to reach from the Loire (not Lorie) valley: the A10 highway coming from the Loire merges into the A6 highway, which passes right by Orly. Just follow the signs to Paris until you see those for Orly.

You can get good driving directions at:
www.viamichelin.com

I would strongly recommend buying a detailed map (preferably Michelin) for exploring the area.

Hope this helps,
Andre
