Hotel advice

I have two hotels in mind for an upcoming trip to London. The Renaissance Chancery Court and the Park Lane Sheraton. Any suggestions? How are the locations? Both properties seem to be very nice and have been reviewed highly on this board. Thanks so much for any input.
