Honeymoon in Portugal?

We are at the VERY beginning phases of planning our Honeymoon as it isn't until June 2010, and have been tossing around tons of idea of places to visit for 2 weeks. Our idea of a perfect honeymoon is to be surrounded by natural beauty, culture, and great food and wine.

We live in NYC and enjoy cities, but don't need to spend our Honeymoon in one. We're also not big museum goers and would much prefer to spend our time wandering cute cities and villages. We also enjoy the beach, but get bored pretty easily. We realize after the little planning we've already done for the Wedding that we are going to need some major relaxation the first few days!

After all the ideas we have thrown around and the research we have done (Morocco, Turkey, Croatia, South Africa are a few), we think Portugal would be the perfect mix for us. I want exotic and different and my fiancee likes to play it a little safer. He doesn't want to have to take shots for a honeymoon and we both don't want to have to be with a private guide every day of our trip.

So this is what I am thinking for a 2 week Honeymoon in Portugal. I am torn because I want to include the Algraves but I don't feel we have enough time. We would like to try and keep the trip to 3 hotels so we don't feel like we are constantly on the go. We are okay with some really full days (waking up early, arriving home late), but don't want every day to feel that way.

Day 1 - Fly to Lisbon, transfer to Estoril
Day 2 - Estoril
Day 3 - day trip into Lisbon, stay in Estoril
Day 4 - day trip into Lisbon, stay in Estoril
Day 5 - day trip to Sintra, stay in Estoril
Day 6 - day trip to Obidos, Nazara, Alcobaco, stay in Estoril
Day 7 - Fly to Madeira
Day 8 - Madeira
Day 9 - Madeira
Day 10 - Madeira
Day 11 - Fly to Porto
Day 12 - Douro Valley
Day 13 - Douro Valley, train to Lisbon
Day 14 - Fly Home

Please advise and comment if you feel we are missing out on a place that is spectacular or spending too much time in one place. Thanks in advance!!
