Is there a reason for not staying in Paris?

It's about 2:00 hr from Nice to Genoa by car. See www.viamichelin.com

About 3 hr by train. See www.voyages-sncf.com

Oh sorry we are staying in Paris for 4 days than flying to Nice on the 16. That's not bad to travel time to Italy. Is there a border crossing ? How far is it to San Remo do you suggest renting a car?

Hi K,

Yes, there is a border crossing between France and Italy, but it is strictly pro forma.

Driving directions are at www.viamichelin.com

Train schedules are at www.trenitalia.com and
www.voyages-sncf.com

Is it expensive to park the car's? So it would be worth it to rent a car?
