Honeymoon help! Switzerland, Austria, Czech Republic

I am taking a honeymoon for a week at the end of october, but im having trouble finding a place to go, it is so overwhelming! We want to go to one of the three above countries. Maybe 1-2 cities max. Preferably someplace quaint and romantic. We like mountains and hiking and food. Any suggestions?
