Wondering if anyone knows of house/apartment interior tours offered to the curious interior designer seeking inspiration while visiting Paris?

I don't know about tours but there are period houses open to the public. Jacquemart-Andre, Nissem de Camondo, Cognacq-jay. Some of the apartments on Ile-St-Louis are wonderful to look at by peering into the windows in the evening. There's inspiration all over Paris.
