What's your budget? When are you going (prices vary by season)? Quads/family suites are a little harder to come by than doubles. Several years ago we stayed in a 2 room suite at the Santa CHiara hotel. It's a very nice hotel in a great location.

My wife and I stayed at the Nicolas Inn and enjoyed it a great deal. Very clean, friendly owners and excellent location right next to the Colosseum and Forum. Prices were reasonable as well.

These two hotels, under the same ownership, have quad rooms. The hotels are in the area between the Steps and Piazza Navona.

Hello Emilou,
If you check site www.thekeytoitaly.com, they have a quad suite called Julius Caesar only 2 mins walking distance from the Spanish Steps on Via Condotti. Give them a try. Send them an email and they will send you more information. We didn't have any problems using them!
