Home away from home - lodging recommendations

Jump to last reply

I wonder if someone would be so kind as to make some lodging recommendations for Cong, Clifden, Athlone, and near the Golden vale. We are a family of 4 including one 14 teen year old boy and a12 year old girl. We would prefer to stay together, but understand if we must book two rooms. We have already booked Kenmare Bay Resort in Kenmare. Thank you, Tony2phones for the recommendation. This looks perfect for us. I have sent an email to Inch House in Thurles and have looked at Cahir House Hotel as well, but trip advisor and hotel websites aren't always what they are cracked up to be. We need very clean, well maintained, and friendly.
I know a budget and preferences help. We need very clean, well maintained, and friendly. We would like to stay around 200 dollars a night, but that has some flexibility for some place really special or if we need to book two rooms. Thanks in advance to all.
