We know this is a Holiday Inn and we are tourists. But really, how is it? Let us know. We have two families, a total of nine people and are looking for affordable accomodations in central London. Let us know. Thanks in advance.

my wife has stayed there several times while in London on business. She really likes it and thinks it's a decent value (though nothing's cheap in London). Their suites are particularly nice (2 levels). She got upgraded to one and it was like a townhouse or apartment. By the way, Kensington is an upscale, nice neighborhood.
