Heritage Island Visitor Attraction Guide for Ireland
HeritageIsland at www.heritageisland.com offers a Visitor Atrraction Guide online at a nominal price of 6.99 euro. This price, charged to my credit card, represented the total cost of the guide delivered to my home address in the US. The guide is not to be confused with the Heritage Card offered by Heritage Ireland. The booklet contains discounts to "...Ireland's leading attractions and heritage towns"
The guide lists a total of 95 attractions including the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Some listings are for locations with free admission while others have such offers as two-for-one, 20% off, and other variations. One needs only show the booklet when purchasing tickets or seeking admission. It has proven for us to be a no-gimmicks, no tricks offer which paid for its cost on the first couple of places we visited.
As my search of this board failed to yield any mention of the guide I think it is something members visiting Ireland might at least want to investigate. It certainly proved useful to us.
