Helsinki Coffee Shops, inexpensive solo dining

I am attending a conference in Helsinki for a few days staying at the Radisson Blu Royal near the Kamppi metro stop and center.

I'm here on business so traveling alone, but looking for a few great coffee shops and some inexpensive restaurants (sandwiches, soups, stuff normal Finns might eat on a day to day basis if they were dining alone)

I'll have a day and some evenings to explore...any must see sights?
