help with where to stay in Granada

DH and I will be staying in Granada for two nights in October. I am having some difficulty selecting a hotel. We like to stay in places that have character, comfort, nice design and are in the heart of the city and activities, but not crazy expensive. We will not have a car, will be using a the train/bus. Depending on the hotel that we select in Madrid, we might spend up to $180-200 in Granada. So far, the places that have stuck out to me are Shine Albayzin, Casa Morisca, and Casa 1800. I think a view to the Alhambra sounds romantic...is it worth the extra?

Shine Albayzin we can get a large suite with a view of the Alhambra for $150. Reviews seem to be a lot of hits with a few misses. Spotty hot water, wifi, etc. but overall nice.

Casa Morisca has a superior with a view of the Alhambra for $180. How is walking to it and how is the area around it?

Casa 1800 is $190 for a room without a view, it seems like a lot of money for a room without a view, but maybe the area and the niceness of the hotel makes it worth it?

If anyone can give insight to these hotels or another to suggest that fits what we're looking for, I'd really appreciate it!
