Help with itinerary: Luxembourg, Cologne, Amsterdam and Antwerp ?

Back in January I got wonderful advice from everyone here on a possible itinerary for Switzerland in the fall. That has since been postponed to 2015, and we are looking at another totally different trip for early October.

Flights from Montreal are quite cheap and easy to fly in and out of Brussels... it's a city I've been to before and have no desire to go back to... but I'm still thinking of it for this trip. One of us will be using Aeroplan miles, and the flights are great from BRU.

day 1: Overnight from Montreal
day 2: land Brussels @ 8:35........ take train to Luxembourg City @ 9:22 or 10:22 (I believe the 9:22 is feasible from past experience at the airport, but might book the 10:22 train if reservations are necessary). Arrive Luxembourg at 12:40 PM or 1:40 PM depending.
day 3: Luxembourg City
day 4: Luxembourg City
day 5: train to Cologne, Germany at 11:15 am, arrive in Cologne around 3:15 PM
day 6: Cologne
day 7: Cologne
day 8: train to Amsterdam at 10:45 am, arrive Amsterdam 1:27 PM
day 9: Amsterdam
day 10: Amsterdam
day 11: Amsterdam
day 12: travel to Antwerp at 11:18 am, arrive Antwerp 12:30 pm
day 13: Antwerp
day 14: early morning train to Brussels airport, fly out @ 10:30 am to Montreal

As I was typing this out, I am wondering if we are spending 1 night too many in Luxembourg City?

We did Belgium in 2011 (Brussels, Ghent and Bruges, which I've been to in 2008 also), and I always regretted not having seen Antwerp. I love the shopping in Belgium especially.

I travel with my sister, we are late 30s, early 40s, fit, love to walk everywhere, prefer the train to driving, enjoy the cafe scene and hours at a good restaurant at night. Not too much into museums, maybe 1 or 2 per city visited. We basically love to soak up the atmosphere of each city (have seen Paris 5x, Brussels, Ghent, Bruges x 2, Bratislava, Vienna, Budapest, Helsinki, Copenhagen, Tallinn, Stockholm)

Does this sound OK or how would you divide up your days? I know it's a lot of moving around, but I prefer that over staying longer in a city (spent 8 days in Vienna and thought I'd go crazy after 5 days).
