Hey everyone! I'm planning a 4 night trip to Paris this fall and am thinking of staying in an apartment in the Marais. It's me and my husband - and it's not our first time to Paris. I've read a MILLION posts on apartments and have narrowed it down to these 4 places - at two different rental agencies.
One I've read a lot about - it's Rent Paris, the other one Paris Hideaways have great places, but I can't seem to find out much about them.
Thoughts? Advice?

TTT for Cindy
I don't know any of those, but here are a couple thoughts:
I hate not having a place to sit comfortably. That's why I like an apartment over a hotel, because I don't like sitting on the bed to read or watch TV or relax.
That is an issue with several of these (for me). The drawing shows a sofa for the second one, but there is no picture of it? The first one looks like there is nothing but the bed and the tiny table with two straight chairs.
I hate a bed that is against a wall and one person has to crawl over the other to get in and out -- or crawl over the foot of the bed. That's an issue with the second one.
The third one again has no seating (except apparently two little eating chairs. There aren't enough pictures to get a good feel for that one. And it is on the fourth floor with no steps -- starting to push for me after a long day of walking.
The fourth one certainly looks the most comfortable to me -- particularly with a real sofa to sit on. It is on the third floor, but at least that's a little better than the fourth floor. And it looks like a nice shower in a tub WITH a glass partition. Big plus for me.
Overall, I think I like the fourth one the best -- of course, I think it was the most expensive.
I personally might consider the 4th one just for thecomfort reasons that NeoPatrick mentioned. #1 might be a second choice if #4 was unavailable.
) -- But have you checked vrbo and/or homelidays?
But €95 for a small studio - even in the Marais you should be able to find either a larger studio/1 bdrm, or a less expensive one w/ actual places to sit.
I know you say you have looked at "millions" of apartments (it does seem that way sometimes, doesn't it
