We will have a car. We like to visit (and drink at) wineries. We like to visit small towns. And probably most important, we love to eat.

Another question... Is it reasonable to stay in Cefalu the last night and make a 7:30 am flight in Palermo ?
The Airport at Palermo is actually some distance on the otyher side of the city from Cefalu. I seem to remeber the journey from Cefalu to the airport took between 75 and 90 minutes, so you would need to leave very early.
