Help in printing train tickets

Could anyone tell me how to print the train tickets I bought online via TGV-Europe, please?
I followed the instructions of 'maninseat61' regarding choosing Canada as the ticket collection country. However, after I paid, I thought the tickets will be mailed and also be emailed to me with the option of printing them at home. This is not the case. The email I got is just a confirmation and cannot be used as a valid ticket. I am leaving for Europe on Tuesday, August 2nd. Please help...Thanks.
