Help Getting Bus from Seville to Carmona
We are in Seville and would like to take a day trip to Carmona and cannot find where to get the bus. Nobody seems to be able to help us here. Does anyone know where we get the bus? We've seen posts that say from San Bernardo but can't figure out where. Other posts we've seen say to get bus from Ave Portugal. Your help would be immensely appreciated.

From San Bernardo train station (metro and suburban lines) via the main station at Santa Justa.
Timetable at http://www.carmona.org/servicio/transportes/M-124.pdf. Direct service around 30 min.

The direct bus leaves from the Plaza de Armas bus station next to the river at 9am, 3pm and 10 pm. Takes some 30 mins and costs 2,52€. http://www.alsa.es/en/buy-and-schedu...e=short&zone=5
The local and slower M-124 bus to Carmona leaves all the time (some 20 departures pr day) from the Prado de San Sebastián bus station close to Santa Justa train station. http://www.autocarescasal.com/pdf-lineas/M-124.pdf

First, thank you all for the quick reply. We found the bus, it leaves from the street to the left of the San Bernardo metro station on a street called Ramon Carenda. Though Rick Steves noted is was about 1/2 hour that's the direct route. The 10:10 departure which makes a few stops and gets there at 11:10 runs an hour.
We picked the wrong day to go as today was Carmona's once a year celebration of some sort, a Fiera, and everything was closed except for a few eateries, the Parador and Santa Clara convent.
But we made some lemonade. Saw the convent, walked the streets, peeked in to the Roman Forum, had lunch at the Parador, but just from the cafeteria menu, which in any case had a good selection of items. We opted not to walk to the Necropolis, just in case it too was closed.
The town is interesting and the churches invite photos, even the convent, from the 1400's was chock-a-block full of antiques.
We left on the 2pm bus and were back in Seville at 3.
