HELP!! Driving from Bellagio to Nice in morning, where to stop in between??

My boyfriend and I are driving from Bellagio to Eze, France (right outside of Nice) tomorrow morning and we can't seem to figure out a good place to stop on the way for lunch.

Has anyone done this drive? Any suggestions???
